The San Diego Race for Autism raises awareness about one of our country's biggest epidemics today. Once considered rare, autism now affects as many as 1 in 110 children in the United States. 100% of Race proceeds support much-needed programs and services for children with autism in our community. The National Foundation for Autism Research has already awarded more than a half million dollars to fund 43 community initiatives and 254 teacher's grants, benefiting thousands of San Diego families with autism.
